Each team plays qualifying games on one of the following dates: TBC

Top 2–4 teams from each group advance to the Final 32 on the following dates: TBC

The dates listed on this site or Playtomic represent the possible match days for each stage of the tournament.
Not all players or teams will play on every listed date.

Your confirmed match day and time will be provided after the live draw.

Schedules may be adjusted to:

• Accommodate important player-specific unavailability (must be communicated in advance)

• Avoid scheduling conflicts for players entered in multiple tournaments

• Ensure proper rest between matches

• Adapt to weather or other logistical conditions

Updated schedules will be shared directly via email and WhatsApp once registrations are finalised.

🛡️ ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Tournament dates are subject to change due to weather or logistical needs

• All players must bring a valid ID or passport for on-site verification

• All Playtomic ratings will be verified

  • Any false or deceptive entries will be either:

    • Reassigned to the correct tournament (if space allows), or

    • Disqualified without refund if no space is available

• Entry fee includes all admin, platform, and participation costs

• All players must complete a Medical & Safety Disclaimer prior to participation

  • Players without completed forms will not be permitted to play

  • No exceptions and no refunds in such cases

• All registered players agree to receive essential communication via email and WhatsApp

• Court Culture is the official organiser

• LIVPadel Bedfordview is the exclusive venue partner and is not involved in event administration

• In the event of a reschedule, all confirmed entries will be carried over

• If the tournament is cancelled, all entries will be refunded in full

• A minimum of 50% team registrations is required for the tournament to proceed

• No refunds are offered on cancellations once fixtures are finalised;

  • However, registrations are transferable up to 72 hours before the event (must be confirmed by email)

• Political or religious symbols, flags, or messaging are not permitted

• Weapons, illegal substances, or restricted items are strictly prohibited

• Court Culture, LIVPadel, and Jeppe Quandom reserve the right to deny access to any individual at their sole discretion

• All guests and participants enter at their own risk

  • While best efforts are made to provide secure parking and a safe event space,

  • Court Culture, LIVPadel, and Jeppe Quandom accept no liability for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained on the property
